Introduction
The purpose of the following essay is to review a popular or classic film. The movie
review is one of the most important genres in writing. The movie that has been chosen in this
paper is the Jungle Book. The evaluation of the movie would be done in terms of the plot, the
acting qualities and the technical superiority (Dionne: 245). The use of the technology has been a
very useful thing for the making of this film indeed.
Evaluation of the movie
The latest version of the Jungle Book had been released in several languages across the
world and it had grabbed the attention of the viewers as well. This film has been regarded as one
of the best children movies of all time. The original novel The Jungle Book was written by
Rudyard Kipling. The movie was directed by Jon Favreau and directed by both Jon Favreau and
Brigham Taylor. The movie was released by the Disney movies all over the world. Some of the
people who had been casted in this movie are Bill Murray, Ben Kingsley, Idris Elba and others.
The voices of most of these people had been used to be dubbed for the different animals.
The film was released in the year 2016 on 4th April. Some of the most important
characters in this movie are Shere Khan, Mowgli, Bagheera, Baloo, Akela and other animals.
The 3D effects used in this movie are indeed amazing. The various formats that have been used
to prepare this movie are Digital 3-D, RealD 3D, IMAX 3D, D=BOX and other large formats
that are available in the market. The film can be can really be considered as a thrilling one and it
has really aroused the adrenaline rush of the audience when watching this movie. The boy who
has acted as Mowgli is Neel Sethi. The movie had got quite strong reviews in the box office. The
visual effects used in this movie are really commendable indeed (Hawkes: 392).
