(Sanders 2016). The aim of the current study is to analyze the existing literature related to just
walk out technology. The application of the same will be critically evaluated in the context of
everyday shopping experience.
This technology will have wider application in the near future. Hence, it is essential to
focus on the future research work that helps to improve upon the application of the technology
for better level of shopping experience.
Use of RFID technology in Retail business
In order to improve upon the operation functional capability of retail business, use of
advanced technology is highly recommended. From the research of Lee and Lee (2015), it is
clear that nearly 73% of the retailers all over the world has implemented the technology of Radio
Frequency Identification (RFID). This has aimed to track every product with detailed
information. The customers also get the opportunity of interactive experience that is needed to
get the idea about the product description. The customers can also get the experience of virtual
shopping that is needed as a part of product promotion.
