POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS OF THE CASE:They main possible solution of this case, may be revealing the current situation of thecompany to Mr. Tucker because according to justice theory, each and every individual has tobe treated fairly and then even he has an opportunity to get employment in the company. So,he has to be revealed about the current situation. But at the same time, the justice theory saysthat the people who are unequal’s can be treated unequally in the same way he cannot berevealed about the situation because We are just analysing him over a phone call, as well aswe are interviewing and in no way, he's connected to the company as of now. So even if thesituation is not disclosed to the employees, or the stakeholders who are currently with thecompany, then there is no need to disclose this to Mr. Tucker.CONSEQUENCES:The main consequences may be either Tucker can withdraw from his idea of joiningthe company or he may join at the same time because he's a third party to the company. He isnot even a primary as well as secondary stakeholder. He can reveal about the situation of thecompany to the public, so it doesn't endanger to reveal this situation to him at the same timeif we undisclosed the situation to Mr. Tucker. It may seem to be an injustice done to theTucker who have very great ideas about moving his family as well as his children to thisplace.SOLUTION:Should not disclose about the situation to Mr. TuckerACTION:
