In this document we will discuss about CASE STUDY: KEITH DUNN & MCGUFFEY’S RESTAURANT and below are the summary points of this document:-
Keith Dunn was dissatisfied with employee survey reviews and fired employees who gave zero ratings.
The restaurant faced setbacks due to the owners' ego, lack of planning, and ineffective employee engagement.
Three alternative solutions are proposed: creating a planning board, introducing monthly competitions, and creating a line of advisors.
The proposed solution is the creation of a planning board with experienced employees, managers, and the owners, making decisions in consensus while involving employees for feedback.
Implementation of the process should be immediate with the initial board consisting of the partners and a long-term manager. A voting process can be in place for the selection of new members.
