Nature of My Employment. After selection in KFC as a worker, I agree that, I will accept the
employee will of the company, means that either KFC or I may end the employment of mine at any
time, without or with any cause. I also agree that no verbal or written materials by KFC will
comprise an implied or express contract of the employment. I agree that I will treat all the
information confidentially that I will learn during the course of the employment of mine with KFC.
My participation in the Drug free Environment of KFC, as I am not a present user of drugs that are
illegal and I agree that never I will work under any influence of alcohol or drugs. I agree to submit
the test report for use of drugs that is illegal or working under any influence of the alcohol. I also
agree that KFC may terminate the employment of mine or even refused to hire me, if I refused or fail
to submit the test any time.
