KPI is a very effective tool for students who are in process of learningthat a measurement tool is required to determine performance level of students. This will also help teachers to make necessary changes in the process of learningeffectively, according to the performance indicated by KPI process. There are many institutesand colleges focusing on their students’ performance and success. Key performance indicatorwill help them to make strategic plans and college activities in order to hold themselves towardsstudents’ success.Development plan and high expectations are set by them which include mainly KPImethod to determine performance level of their students and how well the programmes aregoing. In this method, teachers and management compare performance of students with peerstudents, institutions and set different areas for development and improvement in theperformance. JCCC's key performance indicator helps to determine and measure student success(Nuttall, 2017).
