Introduction
Self development can be termed as one of the greatest qualities that can be possessed by an individual throughout the course of
life. Personal effectiveness and development is necessary for each and every individual in order to the attainment of the future
goals in a competent and effective manner. The particular project report reflects upon the knowledge and understanding acquired
by me throughout my learning journey. The concerned report incorporates a detailed reflection of my academic experience as well
as includes twelve prominent artefacts they will tend to provide a detailed proof of my work and achievement within the university.
Reflection
My academic experience has provided me with a solid foundation to strive towards my personal goals as well as my professional
aspirations in an advance manner. During my academy journey, I was facilitated with numerous prominent opportunities to indulge
myself into several activities and programs that assisted me to elevate my standard of expertise and skills in an appropriate and
proficient way. My optimisations upon several academic concepts and areas have been enhanced due to my constant involvement
in seminars, competitions, discussions, debates etc. I believe that my ability to exercise effective communication has also increased
during the learning phase as I got the chance to meet new individuals and interact with them in a productive manner. I feel that it is
very essential to concentrate upon enhancing one’s ability to achieve skills that are necessary in order to sustain and survive within
one’s chosen field of career. I tried my best to tap upon every possible opportunity that could increase my experience and skills as
well as allow me to become more focused towards my future field of career. The academic experience allowed me to become more
centred towards managing my time in a productive and relevant way so as to provide essential concentration to every particular
phase of life and ensure that I enhance my daily productivity and efficiency to a greater extent. I also formulated a Swot Analysis
prospectus which provided me with assistance to analyse my own skills and competence level. It assisted me identify where I
currently stand and what all practises will I have to indulge into so as to increase my standard of performance, excellence and
credibility. In addition to that, my capability to coordinate with group members and facilitate smooth flow of interaction among the

same also bettered during the course of learning. I also inclined myself towards exercising meditation and other forms of
concentration building approaches so as to align my thoughts towards an optimistic approach and develop into a calmer, patient
and strong headed individual. I facilitated my time and effort into the incorporation of a personal development plan which could
guide me further towards examining the potential skill development requirements. Personal Development plan directed me to
acquire resources, support and mechanisms that can lead me towards the accomplishment of my goals and objectives in an
successful and efficient way. I have realised that my ability to adapt to complex situation has also risen up due to the various
experiences that I have encountered and faced during the university life. The academic learning extracted by me will prove to be
very fruitful and valuable to me within my employability as well. I have learned several potential competencies and skills which are
highly appreciable and required in order to excel within the employability concern. I learned about presentations, critical thinking
abilities, analytics, research and development etc. which can be characterised as a much demanded aspects in regard with the
career prospectus. It can be said that I am extremely grateful to all the positive as well as negative outcomes that came in my way
during the period of learning as it changed me into the person I am today. I also want to acknowledge my professors for providing
me with help and assistance during the learning process. I believe that they have always supported me and encouraged me to
stimulate myself for taking up new roles in an optimal manner.
Conclusion
It can be said that personal reflection and artefacts are tremendous learning exercises that can facilitate to build up the skills and
attributes of individuals in order to transform them into a multifaceted and knowledgeable person.
