INTRODUCTION
Knowledge and creativity is being defined as the information which is observed and
intimate by the individual and putting that discovering data jointly to develop the new outcome
are the creativity with the knowledge (Guan, Xie and Huan, 2018). This report will evaluate the
development during the module and reflection is made to know the upcoming challenges within
the university.
Reflection
Gibb's reflective model
With the help of this model my learning and experience are being evaluate in the module
as studying in the university there are different skill which I have learned and experienced which
help me to develop myself (Beghetto, 2017). I also got the opportunity to know about the
necessary skills and technology knowledge within the university. In the module there are
different type of task and activities in which different skills are pointed out. The stages of this
model assist to know my experiences in detail:
Description: When I participate in the module at that time I was not much interested to take
parts as I thought my skills are efficient for being in academic and perform the activities. In the
module there are different oral and written assignments which all the candidates have to
complete which are given by the tutor. The importance of written communication is being
identified by me while I was in module. Candidates are also instructed to present their individual
topic to the tutor in the face to face conversation and group discussion, so I also learn how to
present in front of others. This ability to talk to group of people together is also being developed
in me during the module in the university. The people who are in the module with me are also
presenting their speaking skills. The task is also let me to think critical and find the consequence
of the work which I am doing to complete the duty (Banerjee And et. al., 2021). The module also
assist to know how to work in the team and manage the time as well. As previously I am an
effective leader in the university and this module also assist me to know more about the ability of
the leaders and how they can use different style of leadership.
Feelings: when I was doing my module at that time I was quite nervous because I have not
involved myself in this type of event earlier (Adnyana and Citrawathi, 2017). In the
beginning of the module my confidence is also really low and I don't know my presentations.
Previously from this module I feel like I know all the aspects and while engaging in this module
