HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)

With the help of filling below 10 artifacts, I will able to enhance my chances to get hire in some reputable firm. Such as with the help of this structure I was able to
evaluate my personal strengths which will help me to know my personal abilities to do tasks in most effective manner. With the evaluation of my weaknesses I am
able to know the areas on which I require high amount of work in order to make me better with minimizing my weaknesses. With various opportunities, I am able to
analyze different opportunities that are available within the market place along with the latest trends that requires skilled people. Along with all of that I was also
able to analyze my threats which restrict me sometimes in order to perform some tasks at specific location of time. In order to overcome my weaknesses and avoid
my threats, I had prepared my personal development plan in order to improve my abilities within stipulated period of time through specific activities within specified
time duration. Apart from this, I had also prepared future career development plan which would help me to achieve success even after this pandemic and drastic
scenario in current days. This activity also helped me to search the ways in which the job description and job specification has been prepared which highly helps
me in my future career terms when I am going to find correct and suitable job opportunity for me. I have also learned about various online job hunting websites
which exceedingly efficient enough to make an individual successful in order to find job opportunities relevant or related to the subject in which I will able to pursue
my job for the betterment of my future life.
Through this activity, I was also got an opportunity to know about the Google Books which will help me to gain knowledge and enhance my understanding in
relevant subject which are related to my education. This will help me in my academic career as well as in my professional career also with most appropriate
methods. I was also able to evaluate new opportunities arises with the introduction of new and advanced technologies in recent trends through which I am able to
grab my suitable opening related to my subject of education and career perspective. I was able to research about the latest job trends available during the present
time with considering latest drastic situations in the market place in which everyone is concerned about their job and career development opportunities. Apart from
this I was also able to grab knowledge in which I will prepare myself in order to grab such prospects in most efficient manner. This module also able to understand
me about my skills and learning material through which I will definitely enhance my understanding and get complete advantage in such pandemic quarantine
situation in order to increase my career growth chances.

weaknesses, opportunities as well as any kind of threats at workplace that restricts an individual to do something. I will keep me up to

searching for my job opportunities (Mahmud, M.S., and et.al., 2021). I will also review my annual performance within the college and set
performance goals for the upcoming year in order to get success in my student life as well as after the college when I get placement in

make sure that the profile is complete and updated, get straight towards the people that are interested to do hiring people.

LinkedIn is undoubtedly a social network for the ones who wants to search job opportunities whether as
fresher’s or experienced professional or even if one can looking to their future terms as well. From
various studies, it has been evaluated that more than 90 percent of recruiters utilize social media in their
work nowadays, and LinkedIn is the most appropriate network all the job seekers and job recruiters both
utilizes the most. In recent study it has been analyzed that LinkedIn had nearly 31 million users in which
the population of United Kingdom people over the platform is 58% which including the people of age
group between 24 to 35 years of age group (Li, X., Cox, A. and Wang, Z., 2018).

How will new technologies change the future job market?
Technological changes will help an individual’s to perform their tasks in single and not repetitive manner. It helps in increasing the rate of
production and thus the overall productivity of employees in most appropriate mode. Technology helps workers to become more efficient at their
work place (Acikgoz, Y., 2019). And the recruiters are also interested to seek candidates who continuously able to learn new skills and abilities.
What would be the new job opportunities available in the future?
As per various studies and research on this topic, complete
analysis describes that the demand of health professionals,
managers, creative’s, specialists in the field of science,
mathematics, etc and other professionals who are highly skilled
in workforce and educational training.
How can we prepare for those new opportunities?
In order to prepare for new opportunities, it has been identified
that with the help of searching growth trends, finding potential
employers, learning new skills and abilities, doing volunteering
or part time job which enhance practical knowledge, with
