HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
In this below reflection report, I have taken out my strength, weaknesses, opportunity and threats. These are some of my
strengths which I have and I did not have to focus upon. My strength are good communication skills and better practical
knowledge and better practical sources that I did not have to focus upon. Then my strength like hard working, punctuality.
These skills helps me in increasing my base of gaining my knowledge and learning. This will help me in my future job
position. I have many of the weakness which de-motivates me. So for them, I have a career action plan which focuses on
my weakness and how I have to develop it. By this, I have to work on my resources and actions and complete my goals on
time. Then at the time of lock down I have focused on my weakness and this helps on gaining more knowledge about my
profession of human resource. These skills and knowledge helped in gaining knowledge about my profession so that I can
get job easily and can manage all employees very freely. Then I have prepared for my job practises. The major practise
which human resource people is to follow is trainings and development, rewards and recognisation, performance
management, recruiting and selection of the candidates. For performing these practises, I have to focus on my skills like
communication skills, time management skills, decision making skills,. Problem solving skills etc. these skills helps in
performing my job effectively. There is also of how future market is to be measure and this will related with my future job
position. As I have focused on my new job positions and results in gaining more knowledge about my future job. As now a
days various technologies are being used in company in order to make certain changes in the company and increasing
employees and company efficiency. So for choosing a human resource career, I have to focus on gaining knowledge about
these technologies which are coming in the modern market so that I can able to give training and development sessions to
the employees working in a company. For providing training to the employees I have to gain my creativity level. By this I can
able to manage my work effectively. There are certain types of attributes which are being used in the company. But as a
students, I will work on the people and this results is gaining competitive advantage among competitors. By having some of
the skills I will be able to manage my work on time and retain for long run in the company. But as a students I should have to
focus on some of the strategies and skills. I should have to focus on talent management strategies and learn about what are
the skills which are needed.
