HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
The 10 Artefacts provided me with many ideas which can help in development of the employability. This is initiated by performing the
SWOT analysis which helped in evaluating the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of myself as a student of BNU. This can
be used in further improving in the areas where I proved to be weaker and in enhancing the areas where I prove to eb good and strives
harder to be the best. The opportunities were mentioned which helped me to analyse them so that I can make use of them by using my
strengths and the threats can be minimized using the same. My personal development plan is made to help in evaluating the goals to be
achieved as to become an employable graduate. Various actions are highlighted which can help in achieving the objectives. This will
need certain resources also which are also mentioned in the plan along with the timeframe in which those objectives can be achieved.
The next artefact is focussed on the ways in which the career planning can be continued during the pandemic of COVID-19 when there
are many hindrances in planning about the career. The study skills and the learning materials discussed in one of the artefacts can help in
knowing about the skills which are required as a student and the learning materials which can be used to develop and enhance the skills.
The resources are described for Job hunting 1 and 2. LinkedIn was discussed as a resource for Job Hunting 1 which can help in getting
jobs and become employed. ‘Indeed’ was used as the second resource for job hunting which is an employment website which is used
worldwide. I realized that these platforms do not misguide the student but advise them regarding what is wrong and what path to be
chosen. These resources gave many opportunities to the students to find variety of jobs and also ensures that the jobs got are real and so
not harm the values and beliefs of the person. Along with all these resources, the BNU E-library was also shed light upon as in their time
of pandemic of COVID-19, it is very difficult to got to the real library and sit there in groups ad research about certain topics. So,
through this online library this becomes very easy for the individuals to gain deeper insights about the topic to be researched. Also,
online library is much creative which involves words, pictures and any graphics. This can give the practical imagination to the students

in learning the skills. After enhancing and developing the skills, the candidates will search for jobs and look at the job description. the
more effective the job description is, the more candidates will eb attracted. Person specification is used by the students to get selected for
job. This will be effectively applied to the new technologies which changes the future job market and the way in which new
opportunities can be used.
