Introduction
In this report I will be discussing my ideal job and how to evaluate three different
resources for job facilitating which are indeed jobcentre plus and smart solutions

My ideal job
After completing my graduation the first thing which was in front of me was to
select the profession in which I want to develop my professional life. During
graduation there were many different option which was in front of me to but
going for the one was difficult. After going through my skill set and analysing

different option I decided that my idea job is to be sale manager as, I am
interested in leadership and interested about the business engine also in fashion
maybe this role will become suitable for myself. As I am always been passionate
about leader and entrepreneurs and wanted to become one myself, like to work
under pressure and making my own point in organisation. After getting good sort
of knowledge about different operation and roles & responsibility which has to
be performed by manager which will be learn by me during study at LSST. My
course include introduction to business and preparing for success knowledge
and creativity, which is the key to become succeed manger as well I’m aware of
that there will by many different module provided to myself during the study as
this is my first year and will continue for
As I am self employed and used to run own business so it can be said that I am
having the good experience regarding the same in the market, also I have been
working in many firms which has helped me in gaining good sort of the learning
about the skill set which is possess by me in current scenario, as I own my
beautician shop where I’ve been making decision on variety of the context of
the business that is succeed the business and managing financial decision,
providing costumer services and pricing promoting.
Working in large firms has helped me in building good communication skills and
teamwork skill of mine in the market. As this used to ask me to communicate
with people to make final decision According to Ryan (2018) top 10 essential
skills managers must have, some of the learning from the article are as follows:
Manager must self-reflect stand up for the team need to understand how his or
her function fits into the overall organisation and how their business competes in
its marketplace. I agree with this article manager must be able to explore those
skills to succeed the business and to be supportive to the team and take
responsibility of employees. I will be aspire to work in clothing shop as manger
and it`s a high-profile demanding role not least because where we lead, others
follow innovative products a passion for quality and total commitment to great
