Summary
Employability skills are mainly defined as capabilities and knowledge that help students to
effectively ensure employment opportunities in future. Skills plays important role in student life
cycle as it helps each and every student to maximize their abilities skills and knowledge level at
great extent (Khalid and Ahmad, 2021). This enhances education journey effectiveness of
students, as it allow them to enhance their competitiveness from others. Employability skills
provide assistance to students in terms of maximizing their competitiveness in any form of
individual segments. Universities are required to encourage students to have understanding of
different type of employability skills as this will help them to shape their future in an effective
manner. Present course is being done as to enhance capabilities and knowledge level of students
as to gain attractive employment opportunities in future. This report will allow learners to have
proper understanding of employability skill importance that plays essential role in maximizing
skill development capabilities. Report includes various forms of different artefacts which is
basically associated with employability skill development of students. In first artefacts personal
SWOT analysis is being discussed while the second artefacts include discussion on personal
learning log. Third artefacts discusses smart document followed by fourth artefacts which is
person development plan. This effectively allowed me to identify my capabilities as well as
friend that will help me to gain more skills to enhance my opportunity to take future
opportunities in effective manner. This has been evaluated by me that it is essential for an
individual to have efficient knowledge of job hunting resources, as it help them to grab attractive
employment opportunity and make application for the same. This module significantly discusses
hunting resources that will aid individual to identify different job vacancies in company as per
their capability and skills. Report also discusses reflective thinking, power point presentation and
poster making skills that help individual to efficiently shape their personal as well as professional
knowledge. All these samples place essential role that aid individual in grabbing future
employment opportunities, as with the effective learning and understanding importance of these
skills facilitate individual to prepare them self in effective and efficient manner related to future
job market. This will significantly allow person to make them self competitive and gain future
employment opportunities. Furthermore it has been identified by me that with the help of all
these skills I can enhance my academic as well as professional life cycle that will significantly

impact on my personal and professional growth. These skills will build me to be a competitive
and allowed me to enhance my professional skills through which I can duly grab employment
opportunities. By taking advantage of understanding importance of all the skills I can maximize
my growth and can assure most significant development in future. As per the analysis this had
been evaluated by me that by taking assistance of all these 10 artefacts that has been enclosed
will significantly allow me to develop my employability skills in a well defined and effective
manner.

Personal learning log is mainly act as diaries that help students to record their evidences
for skill development and learning (Anquandah Arthur, 2021). This helps in effectively recording
the thing that has been done and tried. With the help of personal learning log I have reflected
about the thing that has been learnt by me and will effectively allow me to discuss them with my
teachers during class and have opportunities to enhance my skills.

Smart document is termed as intelligent document that helps in conducting task with the
help of gaining. This will allow me to specifically determine my goals in specific, measurable,
achievable, realistic and timely manner that further push me towards accomplishing those in
effective time frame. This skill has been learnt by me at will allow me to have a direction and
motivation towards my goal.

Assessing skill allow an individual to determine their performance while taking feedback
from other. This skill assisted me to enhance my strengths, capabilities, knowledge and allow me
to determine by weaknesses and further take corrective actions in futures to develop them.

The VARK Questionnaire helps me during learning by suggesting strategy that will be
used by me. This questionnaire offers me and easy way to identify the preferences and allow me
to fulfil those preferences in effective manner (Pal and Kumar, 2021). This enhances my learning
and positively impacted on my skills, attitude and knowledge in effective manner.

Sample 7- Examples of Job Description and Personal Specification
Job description and person specification is playing important role in individual life. Job
description is defined as it is profession document (Srinivasan and Thangaraj, 2021). It includes
requirements, responsibilities and objectives. Person specification is a profile that involves skill
experience and personality types. Person specification allow individual to assess the capability is
related to the role. The skill of developing person specification has been developed by me during
my learning that will allow me to identify my capabilities according to the job role.

This is another source for job hunting resource which include organisation website that
facilitate individual to apply for the specific position as per their interest. Every organisation is
having their website in which they provide carrier development path to individual in which
candidates can apply for the vacancies. It is authentic as well as reliable and offer easy
application method while maintaining authenticity. I will select this job hunting resource in order
to visit my dream company under select my dream profile as to apply with the resume.

the world in which many corporations are increasing their network with an aim to recruit talented

for the profile according to the experience and education. It is an easy method for job searching
and save cost and time. As to get my interested job I will build my profile on LinkedIn and
update my skills and information in order to get job.

Sample 10- Reflective thinking
Reflective thinking is a process that allow individual to explain the experiences that has
been experienced by them (Shahidan, Ishak and Muhamad, 2021). It helps in evaluating
understanding of the experiences that help individual to identify the strength and mistakes and
will undertake opportunities to develop them in future. This skill will allow me to express myself
in effective manner that will build my professional and personal growth.
Sample 11- PowerPoint Presentations
PowerPoint presentation skills have been developed by me in effective manner that will
allow me to connect audience with my views and perceptions. In this learning I enhanced my
ability to present good presentation with number of aspects such as making eye contact with
audience and concentrating on core message. Along with this I also learnt the use of fresh
template accurate and graphs and charts in order to present my presentation in attractive way.
Sample 12- Poster making
Poster making skill plays important role in personal as well as professional context that
helps in explaining idea for mass consumption (Gronseth and et. al., 2021). It includes graphical
as well as textual element that help in attracting individual attention with eye catchy information.
This will facilitate me towards enhancing my creative thinking and extensive research and
reading skill and provide me and a possibility to learn by doing.
