To prepare for achievement and success in university knowledge
and creativity for student plays an important role. Creativity gives
a person an ability to create something innovative. Both knowledge
and creativity is required from a future career perspective of an
scholar. Report will evaluate the resources for employment and
academic related purpose. Furthermore, it will cover three
resources and will explain its advantage and disadvantage.

 Google Scholar - It allows you to search specifically or individually
for literature, which includes abstracts, books , technical reports,
preprints, theses. Most of the resources found in Google scholar are
free of cost and some are payable in form of subscription. There are
numerous source on the page of Google scholar to enable the
search for single and different searches.
 Library - It is an curate collection of sources of different information
and resources of similar nature, these are selected by experts and
are briefly studied to made searches easier. A library collection may
include books, periodicals, films, maps, audio books, manuscripts,
newspapers, videotapes, e-books, etc. These are very popular these
days as are very easy and convenient.
