Knowledge administration within company can considered as a systematic method of
collecting, organising, clarifying and reusing information as well as knowledge with purpose of
enhancing efficiency as well as productivity. Every individual person perform their work within

which result within cost appropriate & enhancing performance level of organisation in
competitive atmosphere. The primary purpose of knowledge administration is to increase or
develop innovative skill as well as knowledge by learning through peers and its superiors. In this
report, the organisation is taken is named as John Deere. It is an international organisation who
focuses on manufacturing agricultural Machinery and focuses on enhancing efficiency level
related to production or manufacturing of crops. In this report, there is a discussion regarding
information system that is implemented within company and how to manage customer
relationship management and its advantages as well as disadvantage. In addition to this, there is
an explanation regarding Porter five forces model and how internet of things can assists in
handling knowledge in the company. There are various recommendations that can be provided to
company in order to strengthen knowledge administration practices that considering present
challenge and covid-19 (Araújo and Pestana, 2017).
BACKGROUND
John Deere is an international organisation who focuses on manufacturing agricultural
Machinery and focuses on enhancing efficiency level related to production or manufacturing of
crops. They launched several kind of big data enabled facility that let farmers take advantage
from crowd source and monitor data that is collected from a lot of user. The organisation also
