INTRODUCTIONKnowledge and skills are the most important part in everyone's life because it helps toconclude any of the work in systematic manner. Each and every person should have theknowledge and skill so that they can deal with the situation which come across their life(Berliner and Rosenshine, 2017). When it comes to Nursing field, skills and knowledge is themost important part because it provides the best guidelines through which positive outcomescan be achieved by the nurses who have been assigned by the duty in any of the healthcarecentre (Forbes and et. al., 2016). In context of the file, there will be the discussion on Medicineadministration. There will be brief introduction about medicine administration in the beginningand then it will be discussed that why it is important and what should be done in ahead so thatbetter outcome can be obtained. Even impacts will also be written to enhance the performance. What? (Explain what skill you undertook step by step) Medicine Administration is one of the most important procedure in any hospital becauseeach and every medicines are distributed from this department (High and et. al., 2016) . Firstly,to operate this department I have invested my time in the medical field as a student of medicalpharmacists where I have learned about the information of medicines. Here, I have learned thatwhich medicines should be given in any disorder to provide better healthy life to the patient.Secondly, I have learned skills which is mainly related with the price of any kind of medicinethat is required to be sold to service user. Thirdly, as a medicine administration I have to learnknowledge about how to solve problem of patient related with any kind of disease. Medicineadministration is an important aspect for providing appropriate care to patients to make themdisease free. It includes my problem to having a little bit doubt to provide medications due toallergic reactions which impacts on medicine administration. It is required for me to enhancemy knowledge and skills to make accurate decision about medicine administration and allergiesin order to make correct decision of the same for wellness of specific individual. For obtainingthis knowledge I had spent my leisure time with the pharmacists so that knowledge can beenhanced in this field also. I frequently ask many of the questions with them required themedicine which they issue against the slip which is prescribed by the doctors . In addition, Ihave attained different seminars where special classes are conducted for enhancing theknowledge regarding in this field. Also, social media helped me a lot for gaining additional3
