In my opinion ethical consulting required to makethe client information private unless the customer or legislation bodies not requested to do so. Ialso think that it is important to keep anticipated and avoid issues of interest such as representingtow opposing interest at once.I want to treat other with my aspectcan not be consider accordingas per the ethical consulting. Therefore, ethical consulting include the basic lower level guidelinewhich is consists on my lifestyle(Liedtka, 2011). My values that guide how I ought to behave areconsidered moral values such as honesty, fairness and responsibilities. So it is important for meto take decision for the personal as well professional life as per the consideration of ethicalconsulting which will help to build relationship between me and customer.2 Who start conversation for sense making.I need to start the conversation for making the sense of the communication whichrequired to understand the customer for our organization services. The consultants work on clientprojects in small ad hoc groups formed around topics of joint interest, for example, knowledgeproductivity or sustainable business. Each group or individual sets their own fee structure withtheir clients and pays a percentage of that fee into theorganizationfor common needs such asjoint office space, equipment, invoicing, this are the various services which are important for meto tell my client for the effective communication with them(Christensen and Overdorf). Themore time I will spend with the customer that will help to understand their requirement and myfocus to provide various effective services. So it is important for me to take initiative and startthe conversation for making sense communications.
