INTRODUCTION Knowledge and creativity isimportant in an individual’s life. These both that is knowledge and creativity differ to each other in many ways.Creativity is the process of making of a new thing with the help of ideas and thoughts that already present. On the other hand, knowledge does not cover creative work. It is all together applying of the present facts in the issues that have arisen. TASK 1 I was being a learner when I started this module for having knowledge and creativity with the motive to accomplish success. It is seen that knowledge is related to information and understanding which is connected with a subject as it is based on information, facts and skills which are directly acquired with the help of experience and education (Johnson and Stage, 2018). Creativity on the other hand is called an act which turns imagination into reality. It is used in characterising the ability of relating the overall world in various innovative and creative ideas as well as it also involves extraction of hidden pattern along with making various connections of virtual world to reality world with the help of solutions. According to my concern, knowledge managementisprinciplessetthatgovernsandmaintainingdirectlybusinessaswellas organizational process in designing of various process, new advanced technologies along with their application that is used in creating the ability for providing value of the business. I have felt that, it also plays an important part and even has a responsibility over an individual that is needed for the management of knowledge. In the very present scenario, every individual is blessed with creativity and uniqueness. The important thing is that there is not that much innovations related to facts or discovery of new ways that are related to thinking by science. In my opinion this same is very much applicable to business organisations as well as also in routine life(Mishra, 2020). I have developed during in this module the referencing and plagiarism, along with academic writing and grammar, writing strategy related to academics, writing formats and related complexities along with critical thinking and reading and many other things that have helped me in improvement of my academics. I have also studied various academic writing during this module, which helped me in my research work along with publishing. In this context, referencing is also learnt by me for acknowledging the writer’s contribution and research as it shows the importance of study as
there will be expectations that are needed with evidence(Murillo-Zamorano, Sánchez and Godoy-Caballero, 2019). However, the use of evidence that do not origin with the help of information sources that does not convince the readers in knowing the relevant information. On the other hand, plagiarism is breach of academic integrity in a direct way that includes replication of work as it ignores the principle of intellectual honesty which should be present in each and every member. There should be own origin of ideas, words and data in their own work. I also have studied about grammar that has its importance because it provides with relevant information with precise meaning and thoughts of writer to its audience. I think that formatting of various styles also results in many advantages for its reader and also for writer(Oliver and Jorre de St Jorre, 2018). It showed me with principles set that need to be followed during writing which provides writer to have complete focus on work rather than appearance of information. Critical thinking also aided me in increasing my presentation as well as language skills. It has its importance that is related to think in a systematic way and expressing ideas and thoughts in a great way as thinking also results in the improvement of comprehension abilities. TASK 2 In current scenario, academic writing is directly engaged with same writing pattern in content. For an instance, there is a need to continue case study to have follow pattern like projects, dissertations, essays and other. Many books possess their own formats of standards (Roksa and Kinsley, 2019). From 2017, various innovative trends have taken place in academics in writing for modifying writing style. The latest trend is to have alterations in personal life in which there is going on something like for an instance there is a plan to get married or to have a child or any other plan. After personal life consideration, challenging aspect which is felt by me is that there is lack of resources. The recreation of networks is a major challenge in a process. On the other hand, lack of support from seniors is also a challenge as there can be hindrance in the official relationship. There are many seniors that are great in managing their roles in a friendly way. There are number of challengesare presentin the situationin relationto the time management which is needed to be supported by the considerable support in the management. It is directly or indirectly impacted the employment opportunities to the individual which decides that whether they move forward in their career or they stay unemployed in practical aspect. The

Due to these challenges I have devoted the all the high work of the coaching for the welfare of the people. It helps to reduce the number of challenges from the market and also enables me to develop the effective control over the situation in the market. In this context, data collection should be fully relevant and updated and challenging point is time duration. CONCLUSION It can be concluded from the above report that learning is important with the help of knowledge and creativity in an individual’s life. There are many ways that are used in increasing the knowledge and creativity in academic life as well as personal life.
