It is important to note that there is direct impact of Covid-19 on the career of the students. The blog is related to the
planning that can be done in order to get a good job. There were some guidelines being provided for the student that will
help them after the have completed the course. It is seen that sue to Covid-19, the students were sitting at home and not
doing anything. There is need to provide the students to know about their own personalities and work on own skills so that
they are able to use the time in proper manner. There are various helpful TED talks that will help to enhance the
communication skills and to conduct research related to the jobs that are present in market. It also discusses the strategies
that helps a person to develop effective CV and use the same in future.

student and the they become Trainee Business Lecturer via LSST’s Graduate Trainee Lecturer Scheme. It is seen that the
person has experience of studying at the same place. It enhances the confidence level of the students on the lecturer and
are able to get more dedicated in the class. All the staff members are being treated equally in LSST and this inspires the

Employability can be defined as collection of skills, abilities and capability that help to get a good job. It is necessary for a person top carry on
the course that makes them employment ready. It is seen that there at the time of doing these artefacts, I am able to now more about myself. It
is necessary to be attentive in class and every time. In the starting while doing SWOT analysis, I was not sure about myself. But then I
conducted self evaluation in proper manner that helped me to know about the skills (all the areas that I am strong at). This enhanced my level
of confidence and I decided to work on all my skills. Along with that, I was able to identify my weakness and then I formulated actions plan. The
action plan will help me to carry on all the activities that will assist me to achieve success my developing skills. It will help me to get ready for
the employment as I have all the skills. I am also able to enhance my paraphrasing skills. I have read articles that enhances my knowledge and
helped me to write the same in my own words. I am able to know about LinkedIn and its benefits. It is necessary to be aware about such
platforms and make account over there. I am able to know about the attributes that I have developed and then use the same and analysed
their importance. Along with that, I am able to know about the resources that are required to study properly. All the major resources are being
described and at the same time there is discussion relation to their advantages and disadvantages. It is necessary to know about use of all the
resources as they help to study. There are certain challenges that take place at the time of study and they can be solved with the help of using
proper resources. Job description and person specification plays a key role to make me employment ready. I must have ability to understand
the requirements of the job and check that I am suitable for the same or not. It is necessary to know more and more about the skills that are
required to get a job and then work in enhancing the same. It is necessary to carry research related top trends in the market and then compare
yourself so that corrective measures can be taken. It is important for me to understand that nowadays digitalisation is in trend. Then one blog in
regard to “How to Prepare for The Future Job Market?”. It will help me to know about the resources that will help to carry on the research
related to the current requirements of job. It will help me to get a good job and work there with all the skills. It is necessary to do preparations
