It is important to note that there is direct impact of Covid-19 on the career of the students. The blog is related to the
planning that can be done in order to get a good job. There were some guidelines being provided for the student that will
help them after the have completed the course. It is seen that sue to Covid-19, the students were sitting at home and not
doing anything. There is need to provide the students to know about their own personalities and work on own skills so that
they are able to use the time in proper manner. There are various helpful TED talks that will help to enhance the
communication skills and to conduct research related to the jobs that are present in market. It also discusses the strategies
that helps a person to develop effective CV and use the same in future.

The blog is related to an event in which a LSST student becomes the lecturer. Mr Levy Kiazayila Ndongala was a business
student and the they become Trainee Business Lecturer via LSST’s Graduate Trainee Lecturer Scheme. It is seen that the
person has experience of studying at the same place. It enhances the confidence level of the students on the lecturer and
are able to get more dedicated in the class. All the staff members are being treated equally in LSST and this inspires the
students and they are also able to work effectively. It is examined that they reflect upon the lecturer effectively and are able
to understand the students in proper manner.
