INTRODUCTION
The knowledge and creativity concept is basically the ability in order to create imaginative
and something new whereas the knowledge is considered as the accumulation of the experiences
and facts. In this report it involves the portfolio evidence of the learning and development and
the summary explaining the choices of the Portfolio Contents. The twelve pieces of work
comprises of time management skills, note taking skills, references, plagiarism, research skills,
constructing sentences, reading skills, leadership skills, professional branding are basically
covered in the twelve pieces of work.
MAIN BODY
Construct Sentences: In context to Constructing sentences, i basically had a deeper
understanding of the basic knowledge regarding the formation of the sentences while keeping in
mind the logic of the grammar for the purpose to avoid any kind of mistakes and penalties
through using the right grammar and correct type of punctuation. In relation to using the wrong
punctuation or grammar, it can result in affecting the meaning of the shared message, sentence,
paragraph or text.
Time management skills: I realised that in order to complete my tasks in a effective
manner it is very important for me to know how to manage my time and focusing on improving
my time management skills. It helped in understanding how it is important for me to schedule
and divide my tasks in a effective manner so it can help in further contributing towards the
attainment of my aims and objectives. With the help of time management skills , it helps me in
becoming more productive and improving my performance. In addition to that it helps me in
prioritising my time and reducing the stress.
Reference: In context to Referencing, i realised that it plays a significant role and also
contributes towards the development of my career. With the help of referencing, it helps in
acknowledging the various sources of information which is used by me in the dissertation,
assignments and reports. It also helped me in deeper understanding of the facts and figures,
ideas, quotations, theories and illustrations which are basically created by someone else. In
