Introduction
Knowledge management is one of the most new and modern innovative strategy that is used for
the purpose of the managing the leadership that is prevalent in the organization. It is the duty of
the managers of the organization to make sure that they are being able to take care of the
different employees and their individual welfare needs. This will be helping them to bring about
the different kinds of new and innovative skill development and training programmers that will
be needed for the purpose of fulfilling the knowledge gaps of the employees (Donate and de
Pablo 2015). This is needed for the purpose of understanding about the different knowledge gaps
or the weakness that are actually present among their employee and the different ways in which
they company managing can be able to solve the same. They will have to make sure that the
employees are being given all the possible options to identify their sill gaps and also give a
proper collaborative effort to overcome the same. In order to study about this new and innovative
technique of knowledge management it is important study the same from a peer reviewed article
the article that will be used for the purpose of studying and using this new concept the article that
has been used is the The Role of Knowledge oriented leadership in Knowledge management
and practices. This article has been written by the authors (Donate, Sanchez de Pablo 2015).

that they can solve the issues.
Discussion
The article is useful for the course that I have been studying in the organization because of the
fact that they will be helping me in my future career in the field of management and business
studies, I will be able to understand about the different gaps that might arise among my team
members and the different ways in which I will be able to solve the same.
The article given is a research report and is talking about the different kinds of ways in which the
organizations can use the knowledge management ways for the purpose of understanding the gap
that are present among the employees and the different ways in which they can be solved. The
methodology that has been used for the purpose of carrying on with this interview as been done
based on the method of gathering primary data for empirical analysis (Donate and de Pablo
2015). The surveys have been mainly conduced on a series of technological firms particularly the
ones that are IT firms. This is because of the fact that the IT firms usually have a larger base for
the knowledge management methods than in comparison to the other non IT firms.
