Dezi is focused on the knowledge management within the organisation and analysing the
changes that have occurred within the organisation, due to the introduction of the new and
innovative knowledge management systems. The organisations within the industry have an
opportunity to access the technological changes within the industry and accordingly indulge
the knowledge management within the business activities so that the business effectiveness
can be improved.
The organisations are required to effectively focus on innovating the activities within
the organisation so that they can meet the needs and requirements of the customers within the
industry, and to effectively implement change within the organisation it is required that the
management focuses on analysing the internals as well as external information available and
effectively access the information within the organisation so that the management can focus
