It can be best described one of the most fundamental processes of creating, sharing together with managing the knowledge and information that belongs to a particular organization (Elite, Lyles and Tsang 2018). In this modern society, various aspects of knowledge management have been implemented in a wide range of innovation and technological advancements to ensure that various goals and objectives are attaining within the stipulated time frame (Hodgkinson and Healey 2011). Moreover, various conditions pertaining knowledge management have increased the implementation of a wide range of ideas in this modern society thus making it much easier to carry out various operations without experiencing any barrier related situation. Top management officials known to be attached to various organizations are currently working very hard in order to implement knowledge management in most of their operations thus giving them on of the best opportunities to attain a wide range of goals and objectives within the stipulated time frame. Also, coming up with an appropriate and reasonable knowledge management techniques requires an adequate and reliable implementation of a wide range of ethical considerations to make sure that appropriate boundaries are creating to distinguish between what should be done and what should be avoided in order to attain specific objectives in the coming future (Tsoukas and Vladimirou 2016). A wide range of technological advancements in this modern society have been able to gain popularity across a wide range of personalities as a result of an adequate implementation of knowledge management that has made it much easier for various individuals to easily understand

At the same time, the involvement of various employees in the implementation of knowledge management among various sectors within an organization has brought on board quite a number of positive outcomes that are geared towards scaling up a wide range of organizations in terms of their operations within the market platform. As far are the area of application of knowledge management is concerned, a variety of various innovations and technological advancements have been developed under various scenarios (Grant and Baden‐ Fuller 2014). Currently, various technologies have been able to rely of different parameters of knowledge management in order to carry out various aspects of analysis thus providing some of the best opportunities to various organizations in terms of achieving their goals and objectives within the stipulated time frame (Acedo et al. 2016). One of the major factors influencing knowledge management is the type of leaders within organizations (Bluhm, Harman, Lee and Mitchell 2011). Leaders have the potentiality to determine the rate at which knowledge management can be influenced within their boundaries. Good leaders who are known to be having good management skills are likely to contribute towards the emergence of a positive outcome during the implementation of knowledge management (Van Aken 2015). At the same time, leaders full of negative perceptions also have the ability to influence knowledge management in a negative way. Additionally, technological advancements are another primary influencer that is fully related to knowledge management (Fidalgo-Blanco, Sein-Echaluce and García-Peñalvo 2014). Various types of technological advancements taking place in this modern society influence the type of knowledge management that is likely to be implemented within a given boundary in order to come up with some of the best results (Truss et al. 2016). These examples have clearly shown how far knowledge management has been able to move in terms of the developments that have been encountered during its period of scaling up. Different organizations have been able to clearly come on board to shoe their interests in knowledge management implementation where most of them have even gone as far as attaining their goals within the stipulated time frame (Raby, Pater and Mackillop 2016). In any digital transformation and knowledge management techniques, information security is considered to be the fore front. Security measures like voice control feature are also used. Ingraining of security in the knowledge management strategies makes it possible to be able to gain earlier knowledge of cyber security threats.Through the use of internet of things to shape innovation, market goals will be realized by combining both the digital and physical market experience by integrating brick and motor stores so as to realize the goals. Due to trends in investments in the present day, it indicates that there will be more off-balance investment preference as it will be on the funding from the corporate venture capital.
