Strengths of knowledge
Acquisitions of knowledge among individuals around the community have several
advantages. Knowledge acquisition can improve the cognitive processes among individuals. It
also improves perception, skills of communication, and reasoning among individuals.
Knowledge is responsible for enhancement of capacity acknowledgement among human (Kim
and Lee 2019, p. 428). Knowledge improves the understanding of information concerning the
subject that an individual get by experience or study, either known by an individual or by people
generally.
Weaknesses of knowledge
With the set guidelines on knowledge, it seems fair to assume that the common man in
the street is not very probably to give much thought to understand what knowledge entails and
what it is in real sense. It make expression to be tough among the learned people, as they fear of
making mistakes or misusing words when they speak that might lead to changing of meaning of

The ICT can assist in process of enhancing and facilitating management of knowledge to

provides the best tools as well as techniques that can be used in development of frameworks of
systems used in managing knowledge for enhanced deliveries of service in education sector
(Francisco and Klein 2018, p. 14966). It can assist in capturing knowledge by improving the
much-needed effective link of knowledge management initiatives together with processes with
their ever-changing needs to advance their objectives. Besides, ICT can be used to capture
knowledge as it provide individuals in education sector with the potential for greatly enhanced
access to knowledge with the challenge on the manner to manage the access.
ICT perform a vital role in capturing knowledge as it improves organization and
management of knowledge through provision of the necessary channels. The channels are
essential for storing, acquiring, sharing, categorizing, collaboration, dissemination, alongside
reuse of knowledge in quick and more convenient manners both between and within
organizations (Francisco and Klein 2018, p. 14966). Hence, ICT can assist people to capture
knowledge as it provide the way in which data can be acquired through the use of database along
