Executive Summary
A redevelopment of Labuan Square (LSr) is described in this report, whose main
purpose is to demonstrate an individual’s ability of critical examination associated
to the project management’s impacts on LSr project. Further, the report will present
the evaluation of Project Management practice/methodologies and different Project
Management techniques, where the PMBOK tools utilized during the LSr project
lifecycle are discussed. Finally, the necessary feasible techniques that can be
applied are recommended.

1.0 BASIC PROJECT PARAMETERS OF LABUAN SQUARE PEOJECT
This is a project of redevelopment of Labuan Square (LSr), a community containing
various retail shops. LSr is located in Norlane suburb in Victoria-3214. Project
management plan helps to effectively achieve this construction project and their
methods, along with the management of resources. A project management plan for
the LSr project will be developed, including the effective project management
practice/methodology and techniques.
The basic parameters/boundaries of Labuan square project are the following

This project is planned to be completed within 408 days. The time frame provides all
the necessary tasks to be covered in this project, including the responsible person
for the respective tasks. Each task has been set with a respective time limit to meet
