INTRODUCTION
The Land Registration Act LRA 2002, implies to manage all the ownership which are
being made for the land in England that are being implied and are taken by the form of title by
the registration. This law helps in managing all the establishment of the possessions of the titles
through all the focus which ensure and manages land ownership, protection of all the rights on
the land by 2002 Act. This LRA is being made in order to comply with all the statutory
compliance and the framework through which all the possession are manages with epitome of
land law (Hostalrich, and et. al., 2021). In this report their will be provide the critical evaluation
on the view on act LRA about who owes a land and the person who will have the rights on it.
TASK
LRA is enacted by by the law commission report number 271. this helps in managing all
the management and the creation of the new land which are being registered in order to manage
the ownership of land to be revolutionise in proper manner. In today's time there is been seen
that land are the most crucial part and are majorly the key economic asset for all this implies to
provide the imperative nature of ownership through which the land owners should gain the
details and the information to know about the restrictions, limitations and their given legal
position thorough which they manage and protect the rights on the land. This LRA 2002 is being
made in order to manage the National Land Register through which all the streamline,
documentation and also have the E-conveyancing through which all the registration gap are
managed. All such land registration implies to provide the creation of all the legal ownership
through which the land owners will thereby have to follow all the facts through which the
registration is managed and also maintain the application and the support for the
working(Bradley, 2021).
Three folds of LRA
It is been implied that there are majorly the three important folds which are been given
for managing the details and the ownership ion order to create the interest in all the lands and
also to maintain and reflect the position on the grounds and their other areas for the totality of the
