3LAUNCH READINESS PLANIntroductionPlanning for the launch of a product is essential. Proper market analyses and assessmentsmake sure that companies can launch its new product or services in such a way that ensuresmaximum market share. To achieve this, the new product must have the most exposure in themarket, to grab the attention of the potential customers (Liedtka, 2015). A number of thingsmust be kept in mind while planning for the launch of the product, such as the targeted audience,the purpose for the product to be introduced in the market and how would it serve the customersor benefit them. Products also need to be made sure that they are different from the otherproducts of similar kind that are already available in the market. Product differentiation is a vitalthing that must be done very subtly, and yet with precision and a clear vision that aligns theproduct and the organizational ideals. Launch readiness planning refers to the process ofanalyzing market conditions and other market forces to come up with the strategies that wouldbest suit the purpose of the new product and boost its sales (De Brentani & Kleinschmidt, 2015).The product that is supposed to be launched by the company is a service package. Theservice package is a bundle of different services that would promise to provide every conceivablemarketing solution under a single umbrella. From the very inception of the business model in thehead of the entrepreneur to making the dreams a reality.
