INTRODUCTION
Criminal law is a branch of law under the legal system which deal
with the offences of serious nature and crimes related with assault,
battery, robbery, murder, rape etc.
To prosecute criminal who have committee an offence includes a
long process with inclusion of various authorities participating in it.
The procedure starts with arresting the offenders and passing a
judgement over the crime and criminal by the court, keeping the
offenders under prison custody and end with releasing and
community services of such person.
