LO1Introduction The different laws in the UK describe this study. The different categories of law are for thesafeguard against various threats and criminal activities. Development of law construction isessential in the different states of the UK. Codes of the ethical practices provide the effectiveframework for Health and social care-oriented aspects. For the role of sustainabledevelopment, health care is necessary for the people of the UK. Governments implement lawand proper strategies beneficial for the people. Ethical practices and laws are to be describedin this study for better explanation and in-depth understanding of the UK.The functional meaning of legislation is described in the below section. Development ofcommon law is essential for every person in the UK regardless of the age, gender and socialstatus. There are three categories such as executive, legislative and the judiciary. Functionalimportance of Health and safety Act is an important aspect for the law-enforcement agenciesin the UK. It is also important for maintaining the health-oriented practices and prospectiveregulations for the people of the UK.Functional interpretation of laws are determined by thisassignment study and law of conducting ethical procedures. The final part conclusiondescribes the outcomes from this study.Law construction in the UK The different judges have made different laws of the court levels. It is characterized by thecharacteristics of acknowledgement and the proper understanding procedures. Severalregulations are developed by which the individuals or the populations should live and the roleof law-oriented procedures and ethics. Failing from the consecutive courts of lower order andhigh-courts, an individual may seek justice to the supreme court (Yilmaz, 2016). Differentlevels of courts solve various categories of civil and criminal cases. The effective decisionmade by UK Supreme Court develops the first grading of judgement for the people whowants justiceThe law of England prevents the cultural or language-oriented barriers. It also developed inaccordance with the physical aspects or written structure of communication. The category oflaw which is meant for different members or the processes of authorization are developed orproperly acknowledged. This is an effective indicator of power of the UK parliament (Milne,4
