M1 Explain in detail about way of ethical considerations have informed the legal and policy
landscape in own nation with respect to the work of health, care or support service
practitioners.
The ethical consideration are important in order to formulate legal policies and
legislations in order to enhance services of healthcare. This is so because it provides a framework
for analysing the importance to apply legislations (Abbasi and et. al., 2018). Such as in the
aspect of healthcare industry of United kingdom, these ethical consideration can be beneficial for

patients and for general public if hospitals run by NHS follow legislation. It is stated in given
case study that about more the 1000 people died only because of ignorance of ethical
considerations and rules. Eventually, in each kind of business the way of doing business should
be covered as accordance of ethical consideration. It is so because the ethical considerations
guide to business entities to implement CSR model in welfare of public and employees. In the
absence of proper implementation of legal laws and policies the result can be negative which can
be seen in above hospitals of case study. Thus, it is important for hospitals of NHS group to
follow all rules and regulations.
D1 Evaluation of own national system of government in relation to its effect on health, care and
support service practice and practitioner.
The healthcare system of United Kingdom is not so effective because there is no any
control over hospitals. It is resulting as increasing in death rate in entire UK. Such as per given
case study, the hospitals that are run by NHS trusts are not following government policies and
due to this more then 1200 people have died. This states that governing system of United
Kingdom regards to healthcare is not so strict and because of it hospitals are not implementing
legislations. In this aspect, it is important for the government of United Kingdom that they
should revise their policies as accordance of guidance provided by executives, judiciaries etc.
(Akrami and et. al., 2018). Basically, their hospitals are not liable to follow the ethical
consideration and laws of doing business. As a result lot of issues are arising regards to health of
patients admitted in hospitals run of NHS.

connected to the area of aspect and have always been provided for the correct working zone in
the area (Bardill and et. al., 2018). There are several things which were related for such
contractual situations and have to be taken care of being the key legislator aspect of the
business. There are several health and safety executive which are basically the local authorities
which are trading particular standards for maintaining the quality and care commission in the
country such have brought several prosecutions and many institutions for providing the correct
health and support and people who have reached in the standard of maintaining the correct health
and safety. There are several acts which are connected through the health and safety legislation

act was to create unlimited enforceable powers which will directly result in unlimited fines and
in several cases they were prison imprisonment as well. Things have to be stupid in taking care
of the employees in the organisation and it is very important for each employer for implementing
