INTRODUCTION
Abortion is legal in UK while on the other side death penalty is sanctioned by the
government and it is a serious crime and assisted dying means a person is allow to choice to
control their death. The report is based upon the laws which are actually used in abortion, death
penalty and assisted dying.
MAIN BODY
Abortion: As per the act of Abortion Act, 1967 it is legal in UK up to 28 weeks and it is
also amend or clarify that this is only done legalised on certain grounds by registered
practitioners (Jones, 2017). Therefore, this act also regulating the tax-paid provisions of such
medical practices through NHS.
Death Penalty: The murder Act, 1965 in UK is related to death penalty and this is
replaced penalty of death with a imprisonment for life (Alvarez and Miller, 2017). This law
states that if the person is doing any misdeed they under he law of Murder Act, 1965 a person
has to suffer a death or life time imprisonment. But on the other side, if the person is minor then
the proceeding is changes and this law is not applicable for the age of under eighteen.
Assisted dying: It Is not legal in UK and there is no law is made but many peoples in UK
are doing this in order to get rid from their pain or suffering (Assisted dying, 2018). Moreover,
assisted dying law is processing in UK.
CONCLUSION
By summing up above report it has been concluded that abortion is legal in UK and it is
supported by Abortion Act, 1967. on the other side, Death penalty is supported by Murder Act,
1965 which abolished the death penalty act. Moreover, the Assisted dying is not legal in UK but
still it is run.
