This report examines the issue of discrimination faced by young black men in society. It explores the areas of discrimination, such as stereotypes and racism, and discusses the legislation, including the Equality Act, 2010 and the Police and Criminal Evidence Act, 1984. The report also highlights relevant case law, such as R (Roberts) v Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis and Anor [2015] and R (Lumba) v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2011].
