INTRODUCTION
Tort law is that body of law which covers under violations where one individual behavior
causes suffering, injury, harm and partial failure to the other person. It is broad category of law
which includes various form of personal injury, claims, etc. There are two common purpose of
tort laws such as compensate the victim for any losses origin by suspect offend and another is
emission the defendant from repetition of crime in the future time. Therefore, report is going to
throw some light on incident which are related to nuisance situation. Thus, whole project main
purpose is to identify and introduce the tort issues related to case scenario. Also explain, define,
discuss and analyze the issues or problems occurs between Andrew, Lucas and John. In this,
applied the legislation and rule which are appropriate for the case study in proper manner.
MAIN BODY
According to the given case study, Andrew has a pig farm in his premises which is
situated in the village of Ashdon. In current time period, he obtained to plan regarding increasing
in the size of his farm house. On the other hand, Lucas is a neighbour of Andrew who has guest
house where number of guests are come for live. By the noise of Andrew's pigs, Lucas and his
guests are disturbs and also bad smell became unbearable for all people. After frustrated with all
such things, Lucas go to the Andrew for discussion and instead of accepted mistake Andrew
shouted on him that “Leave my compound, I can not take order from terrorist like you who
destroy the nation”. Lucas was born in Britain to the British mother and his father survive in UK
for many years. On the other hand, the another neighbour of Andrew whose name is John who is
horticulturalist. After one week, there is an incident happened with Andrew that he stored
overflow barrels of insecticides which is substance for killing insects on plants. A massive storm
caused barrels of insecticides spill on the John's premises which kill his plants. Therefore, both
Lucas and John sued on the Andrew for killing plants and nuisance behaviour. That means, legal
issue occurs in this situation because Andrew is liable for killing Lucas's plants due to overflow
of barrels with insecticides so he need to compensate to him 1.
Through this assignment of described case scenario, it can be analysed that a person is
doing some work in wrongful purpose due to which such individual involved in the legal issue. It
is a legal concept which assigns the liability to an individual who does not actually cause the
