INTRODUCTION
Ethical dilemma refers to choice services need to be made in the healthcare for providing
better health care services to patient and provide quality of care along with moral distress. This is
the one which is known by providing which things to do for the patient. Ethical dilemma refers
to the option which need to be made from choosing a different option for providing better health
care services to patient. Healthcare ethics related to the application where are healthcare
professional need to make some decision and for providing better healthcare services to patient
which should be legal and in favour of patient. In this report, there is discussion about ethical and
moral dilemma and related issue within health and social care environment. There is also
discussion about ethical theories, ethical principle, like in consent and confidentiality
(Weurlander, (2018)). There is also discussion about on moral and values which focusing on
influencing future professional practice.
MAIN BODY
In Healthcare, it is necessary to maintain a high standard. They should be fall under
umbrella of medical ethics for health. Ethics is concerned with moral decision-making within
medical practices and policies. It is highly necessary to maintain ethical and moral dilemma
which can lead to provide better health and social care to everyone with effective improvement
in patients health. There are different ethical issues within healthcare when a healthcare
professional overseas patients health. In healthcare premises access to resources, disagreement
about treatment decisions which can be some of the challenge. This pose ethical dilemma.
Ethical decision should not refers to same consequences in a illegal practices. It is highly needed
to raise the concern about ethical issues which can be there in the healthcare professional. This
can lead to provide better focus and providing effective solution within Healthcare when there is
any unlawful practices within healthcare. It can create an impact on health of patient, then it
should need to provide in standard and lawful manner (Hung, (2018)).
Ethical issues
There are some of the ethical issues which are created in health and social care which
should be focus and to sort-out such problem with standard practices. There are some of the
