INTRODUCTION
The project management is a process that reflect the overall working process, skills,
methods, knowledge and the experiences that used to achieve and attain much profit and sales in
appropriate manner. It is based on different working criteria through which the certain
parameters has achieved by completing suitable deliverables within the assigned budget and time
scaling. In this sustain benefits are attained through which more of the profit and sales are
conceived as with this beneficial interest is developed that furthermore assist to maximise the
stakeholders interest. It is beneficiary aspect for the business as under this achievement of goals
and objectives become more easier and flexible (Akkermans, 2020). In this it is also be required
that all the different activities and task are complete within the stipulated period of time. The role

with more effectiveness. The completion of goals is completely depended on the initiation and

utilisation of resources by which result is accomplish in better format. The following report is
