Introduction
In present context, the project is based on shifting of LCCA to a new location from
Holborn. This project will help in making the shifting of respective organization smooth in order
to perform the functions in an efficient manner. LCCA is a well-known college for creative,
artistic individuals to start their career. They offer ample of programs and has been secured
highest place in terms of specialized creative University. Also, the college maintains close
connection with the industry in order to impart professional knowledge to their students. It was
established in 2000 at London. Now, they plan to new office premises from Holborn. They offer
career based programs so that students can achieve success in future period of time.
Projects are prepared to fulfill pre-defined aims within stipulated period of time. Every
project is start with a particular goal. By having the goal, it is possible to stay motivated and
inspired throughout the project life. Additionally, there is specific time period to complete every
project. Further, there is also requirement of funds and other necessary resources to complete the
project successfully. The main role of project manager is to make plans, implement those plans,
direct the team members to complete the project successfully. Additionally, project manager is
also likely to evaluate the success of project in timely manner to take necessary corrective
actions significantly (Batra, 2018).
There are ample of methods, tools and techniques are used to complete the project. In this
context, agile is an iterative approach that helps in breaking down the large projects into small
chunks to complete it successfully within limited period of time. On other side, traditional
project management is about using set of pre-defined practices to complete a project (Vorraro,
Turner and Turner, 2019). Here, agile methodology will be used as it will help in completing a
project within set period of time. Further, this is also helpful in maintaining quality of project
throughout the project life cycle.
