This test can assist an individual in analysing their personality. This test helps in determining the
individual whether they are capable to achieve future goals and objectives or not. Apart from this, it
has assisted me in analysing the areas where improvement is required. Now I will be better able to
achieve them. It will help me in growing and can also assist me in exceling in my career. Results
from the personality test are attached above.
How does your behaviour (thinking, feelings and actions) in this critical incident reflect the
findings of your chosen self-analysis toolkit? How has the toolkit enabled you to understand
why you think, feel and behave in the way that you do? What have you learned about yourself
that you didn’t know before?
According to the test I am good in making decisions, observant and also my strategies to achieve

goals and objectives are good. I need to work on being more extrovert. There was an incidence
because of which I realised that I am introvert. Our tutor has given me an opportunity to meet up
business icons and strengthen business network. But I was really shy to start communication with
them. I was not able to build up a bond. I have also analysed that my decision making power is good
which has supported me in solving lots of problems.

Emotional intelligence test:
This test is being conducted by individuals in order to have knowledge about own emotions, strength
and capabilities. This emotional intelligence that has made me realised that I need to work upon my
self-management and social awareness abilities. From the above description it has been analysed that
my major weaknesses are lack of social awareness, turbulent and introvert nature. For improvising
both these abilities I can engaged in practising task so that they can be easily managed.
