The project control will be done in parallel with the project stages and activities. The Project
Leader and the Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for controlling the project and
the following activities will be executed for the same.
The cost and schedule tracking and review will be done on the basis of the estimated
values. The comparison of these will be made with the actual values using variance
analysis.
The quality of the project processes and activities will be tracked using the Total
Quality Management (TQM) approach. The use of Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle will also
be done to make sure that the quality will be managed and improved continuously.
