INTRODUCTION
The workforce of the contemporary
business corporations have become
highly diverse in nature (Riccucci 2018).
This is perhaps one of the most
important effects of the process of
globalization (Lambert 2016).
However, the organization that I work
for is facing different problems related
to the effective management of diversity
Effective usage of workforce diversity
can offer different benefits to the
business corporations(Graham,
Belliveau and Hotchkiss 2017).

DIVERSITY
Diversity denotes the different groups of
people in terms of ethnicities, culture,
nationalities and others who are a part of the
modern business corporations (Hunt, Layton
and Prince 2015).
Diversity also refers to the percentage of
women and men within a particular business
corporation (Barak 2016)
This even incorporates people of different
sexual orientations (Kim, Lee and Kim 2015).
The ineffective management of diversity
within the organization that I work for had
resulted in the individualistic work culture
within the workplace of the same.

CATEGORY OF DIVERSITY
WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION
More than 63% of the employees
within the organization that I work
for are native Australians
Around 9% of the employees are
indigenous Australians
Around 20% of the employees are
the people from other nationalities
Remaining 8% of the employees
are people from other backgrounds
Furthermore, 48% of the employees
of the organization are female
