This project helps in generating innovating thinking with the help of sustainable innovative practice, support variety of cultureand maintain sustainable approach. MAIN BODY TASK 1 1.1 Conduct research by using range of techniques & tools in order to generate new ideas and thinking Research will help the individual as well as organization to identify skill and knowledge required to innovate something within organization. It is used to lead innovation in the specific industry or community. There are various techniques which used to generate new ideas and practices and it discussed below: ï‚·Brainstorming: It is an method of developing ideas in order to resolve problems and other issues which can be related to the individual or organizational. Basically it involves. a group under the assistant where people find free thinking environment. It helps in identifying effective solutions for their problems. ï‚·Concept map: It is an graphical representation which helps the individual to understand knowledge(Daly and et.al., 2018). It will be started with main ideas and further it will be divided into various sections for effective implementation. ï‚·Creative thinking material: It is a way of solving any problem or issues by using their creative thinking. Innovative ideas to resolve issues will positively impact the process or individual as well. For example: Use Brainstorming technique when working is a team project for effective solutions. Along with this, by using concept mapping technique organization able represent information in understandable form which enhance relationship between stakeholders. 1
1.2 Analyse trend shaping organization's current & future thinking practice Initially organization have to understand current or future activities which they have to perform and after that need to identity theory which suits the most. Individual have understand important information which helps in improving lean innovation or creative thinking practices. In order to identify current practices they should research about trends in which field they perform with the help of journals, articles, websites, annual reports etc. Along with this, speaking with others will helps in identifying factors which impact industry and how it will change in the future. In the past, innovation or thinking only focus on business operations and profitability. For example: they introduce new product, develop strategy in order to make organization more efficient & cost effective. Where thinking and innovation often inflexible which lack creative element. In the current scenario, theories regarding creative thinking and innovation more focus on balancing workforce in the business environment. More innovation or creativity helps in generating demand of products & services which further increase productivity and profitability. Current thinking practices: ï‚·Dual innovation: Under this practice, organization integrate new innovation without affecting their core business performance. ï‚·Open innovation: In this practice, organization set challenges and gather ideas from thousands of people(Gynnild, 2014).
