INTRODUCTION
In order to provide growth and longer sustainability to company at market, it is necessary
for the business to make certain changes in its procedures of operating business which has been
contribute in the success of the company. For this bringing innovation is one of the effective
method to improve the efficiency of the business. Innovation is refers to the practical
implementation of idea that has been results in the introduction of new product, service of
method or improvements in the company's offering. This is also define as the systematic
procedure through which a domain, a product or service get renewed and brought up to then date
through applying new process of techniques(Montagna and Cantamessa, 2019) . This is also
associated with the establishment of the successful idea that has been add value or create create
new value for the overall organisation through providing ability to build a strong competitive
advantage. Moreover, organisation has several options that can be undertaken to increase the
competitiveness such as price leadership or formulation of strategy for differentiation but in both
option innovation is essential. Thus, its is necessary for the company to adopt the certain changes
as per the change in time and environment. This report is based on the Marks and Spencer which
is the British based multinational retailing company with headquarter in London, England. It is
specialised in selling clothing, home product and food label with its own label. The blow report
is consist of concept of innovation and creative thinking along with its importance, gathering and
analysis of creative and innovative thinking(Fard, and Amiri, 2018) . Moreover, establishment
of appropriate systems and processes to promote innovation and demonstrate the ability to lead
culture of innovation and sustainability of innovative thinking and practice.

time.
Innovation is the progress of the customer value through the several solutions that obtain
the new demand that is not identified, or find the market needs in a unique way. From the
organisation thinking, managers of the organisation encourage their employees for the innovation
of the new develop products. Manager knows well that peoples approach is changing day by day
because they are following the current market trend, they want to purchase the new products that
has recently launched. So, the innovators are changing their approach towards innovation, due to
the peoples demand of different and new things they never have, so the innovators first priority
should be fulfil the demand of the customers and make their place in the market. And also
customer will get influenced through their work, and innovate the product that the product is not
already present into the market(NGUYEN, 2020). So they are try to change the approach
towards innovations and creativity, according to the new market trend and fulfil their different
customer needs.
Explain the role of theory and thinking on applying innovation and creativity at a work place.
Innovating the creativity within the organisation is depend upon the management of the
organisation that starts with the key theoretical models. Everyone knows changing the
environment and in the peoples choices leads to innovations of the new things, there are the keys
used by the creative peoples
Preparation- this focuses on the problems and also try to explore from where the
problem is coming and resolve that problem,according to the needs and demands of the peoples
in the market.
Incubation- this helps to find out the problem that is hidden and would not identified by
the innovators and this causes lots of problems in the innovation of the new products. So this
helps to resolve the problem and further process the work.
Illumination- It means sometimes discovery of the new products, according to the new
market trends(Bassis and Armellini, 2018) . And the new demands of the peoples for the
different and new products, this will likely to fulfil the new customer needs and also for making
the position into the new market place.

Explain leadership styles and their impact on innovation in organisations.
Autocratic- autocratic leaders is follow the do as I say, these are the peoples who are
inexperienced and make the new position that is involving the new peoples management
(Janssen, 2020) . Autocratic leaders can damage the peoples in the organisation by forcing them
to do the work that they can not do.
Bureaucratic- bureaucratic leaders are who that can influence their employees easily to
do the work easily, so the employees can do work comfortably and also get successful doing the
new things and follow the leader and do their work with full satisfaction.
Democratic- democratic leaders is one who can lead itself, because they can not lead
their employee so they are not proved as a successful leaders within the organisation . Because in
the organisation they are doing their work with own and use their creative ideas in innovating
their new products.
Charismatic-charismatic leaders has a good vision and do motivate their employee in the
good way. Charismatic leaders are who provide the floor for the talented leaders in the
ingratiation and lead them in a good manner for achieving the new things.
What is the relevance of organisational and industry context on innovation?
This gives an individual idea about the condition which is not usual and there are several
resources needed for the innovation and do understand their employees how the success can be
achieve in doing the innovation(Dell’Era, Magistretti and Verganti, 2018) . And how we can
do approach for the innovation and what are the steps to be followed for obtaining the new
things. And what innovative thinking are collective and as well as applying on the individual
these all things can be defined in the organisation while doing innovation of the new products
will launched into the market. This is also important to do understand the new context of the
organisation before starting the planning of the innovation because to define the external and
internal factor that every organisation should have to consider.

Accomplishing case of the innovation- until and unless people doesn't understand why
the innovation is needed in the organisation, because it always strengthen the business
performance in the case of obtaining the business resources and also identify the resources in the
short timing , so the innovation can be done in the better way and also give the better results.
