It is found that King Edward VII College want to increase total revenue by 15% within next 12
months and for that it is going to open 2 additional campuses in Brisbane and one in Sydney. For
attracting students there is requirement of employing skilled workforce that can influence
students (Allu. and Sahni, 2016). Type of staff that will be needed include:
Casual labour: Casual labour can help this college in attracting students and providing all
information which they have regarding college. 10 casual labours will be required.
New graduates: In this regard it can be said that students get influenced from those students
who have recently passed from the same college. They take feedbacks and reviews from them
regarding teachers and environment. So, by employing all those graduates who have get effective
employment opportunities, it can accomplish its goal. 5 graduates will be required
Offshore workers: Offshore workers have several skills and abilities like working quietly and
working off the shore. It is stated that this college wants to develop 2 more campuses and for
attracting students around the world offshore can help out. There is requirement of 5 offshore
workers.
Consultants: Consultants play an important role in making students sure and attracting them
towards taking admission. Consultants help students in taking better decision by providing them
all information regarding college and courses that college provide. 6 consultants will be required.
