Introduction
In order to maximize efficiency as well as achieving the organisational goal effective
leadership quality is needed to be developed. I believe the leadership quality can help me in
terms of constructing good interpersonal relations with the followers. I also believe, using the
leadership skills, growth opportunities can also be enhanced. Self-assessment is being considered
as the important process in which behavioural aspects of individuals can be easily identified.
Using self-assessment tool it has been identified by me that I have strong interactive skills which
help me in terms of maintaining the friendly environment in the institution. I have the ability to
react sensibly in the critical situations. My strong communication skill helps me while interacting
with my friends and it also helps me to understand the emotional needs of individuals. As per my
understanding, I have the effective emotional intelligence skill that helps me in case of
responding in the emotional situations. On the other hand, it is true that strong ethical sensibility
of mine helps me in terms of managing my operational process in the ethical manner. Analysing
these characterise, I can say I have ethical leadership skills, which drives me towards responding
against the unethical practices.
Discussion
In most of the scenarios, I act in an honest way such as If any time I made a mistake, I
would admit it and correct it in order to avoid further adverse consequences. : As a leader must
be valid truthful to him or herself. Anything devised will be seen for what it is – an endeavour to
control. This suggests learning initiative is on a very basic level diverse to learning different
abilities. Leading a team is all about the outflow of our true selves – our entire selves. It is less
about procedures and then some about building up the confidence to just be the individual we

truly are and that implies adapting new practices, seeing the hole between our expectation and
effect, being delicate to various circumstances, and acting reliably and properly.
360-degree feedback is being considered as the effective approach that significantly
drives the evaluation process. In other words, it can be said that 360 degree feedback approach
can also be called as the multi-source evaluation process in which the based on the execution of
ideas as well as performance of individuals, their performance is being judged. As per my
understanding, incorporating this approach in the workplace, performance improvements can be
ensured. I strongly believe that in order to analyse my abilities, 360 feedback approach can play
an effective role.
Avidness, which means being consistent with oneself and the world is one of those
characteristics of a pioneer that plays a key job during the time spent affecting others1. Despite
the fact that the idea of realness in administration has completely developed lately, it currently
basically implies a focal point of capable conduct of leaders. As an individual, being true means
consistent with oneself and others such that the expressions of an individual mirror his activities.
Therefore, a valid pioneer is steady in his conduct and his internal considerations and emotions.
Individuals of most elevated honesty who are focused on structure associations, and leaders who
can take association's Obligations as a reason and are consistent with their qualities. He
referenced such characters as real leaders. He further recommended that corporate board should
choose real leaders based on character. The hypothesis of bona fide authority, hence, underscores
on genuineness as a fundamental attribute of a pioneer that encourages a pioneer to be credible
through "mindfulness, self-acknowledgment, connections, confidence, activities advancement,
