The leader has to set the priorities as work first and then play. The leader should be self- motivated enough so that he focuses on winning rather than feeling insecure about the consequences. This has to be processed every day regardless of the numerous barriers one faces in an organization. Further the song moves on and tells the leader to focus on team work. He should trust his team and motivate them to give their best and there is no such thing they cannot do. Positivity is something which always works.
