threats and opportunities on Amazon, it is determined the current leadership style the Amazon
has adopted and what can be the recommendations to the company to adopt the leadership style
for a change, it is examined that what are the ethics and social responsibilities of the company
and finally the reflection of research, findings and learnings with a proper conclusion in context
