TASK 1 INTRODUCTION
The German health-care sector is still one of the least costly and undergoes changes to
cheaper prices and preserve or enhance the efficiency of medical care services. The theory of

outcomes which tell about the level in which Aesch sustain in the market. On the other hand,

price, global presence, and technology along with the customer service in order to retain the

is the biggest distributor in the industry of the health care sector. They supply various systems
such as for diagnostic, molecular and immunodiagnostics which develops the IT system in
the health care industry (Barr and Dowding, 2019). German industry Aesch AG has faced
many challenges in the sector which are mentioned below:
High level of spending: The healthcare expense issue is not a recent one. There are
several parties involved, from the fabricator to the supplier of prescription medicines to
beneficiary to the health insurer supplier, who have an important part to play in deciding the
cost of health treatment. The rise in healthcare costs has a significant impact on the income of
healthcare companies as higher costs deter patients in many respects from laboratory
