Along with this, magazine was having a positivegoodwill at marketplace from the last 30 years and considered as one of the famous andimpressive publication houses. Therefore, report is going to highlight the overall scenario oflighthouse publication as well as obstacles which was faced by them from past two years andshows effective change strategies which is adopted by association for attaining their set goals ortarget. 1. Therefore, managers of an organization try to identify their weaknesses andaccurate reasons behind minimization of sales for making appropriate strategies to overcometheir barriers.
