Servant leadership model tries to focus on the needs of the team members first, In other
words, a servant leader is one who will always try to think about the needs and demands of their
employees or their team members so that the overall team can function properly. In other words
the leader keeps the interests of his followers before himself and also before everything
Transformational leadership model is one where the leader tries to set proper examples
before the followers by supporting those at all possible times. In other words a transformational
leader is one who tries empowering his followers rather than imposing any views or any kinds of
opinions on them (Lockett, Amanda and Robert p.-60).
Autocratic leadership model is used when the leader has to show his or her control over
the employees as they often become very unruly. This is usually applicable in situation as when
there is no time left and the leaders have to take and implement the decision without wasting any
time.
