INTRODUCTION
Leadership is defined as art of encouraging and motivating individual person to act
toward achieving set aim and objective. It refer to potential of leader through which they
influence the behavior of others in impressive manner. The current assignment will be based on
Helen, who is a young general practitioner. The study will analyze the scenario of public health
leader, presented in Australian Public health context using Australian Heath leadership
framework. It will justify self-assessment using leadership self-assessment tool. Furthermore,
lastly the report will clarify reflective statement based on leadership style.
