Leadership is an evolvement of different influential behaviour and thus works as themobilises, sustains, in addition replenishes different effort of people in the organisation. Thisinfluential cycle, this works very smooth among the organisation. It can evolve with thecircumstances that they face together with the group organisation. The innovation comes fromchange. The change comes from taking risks that has not been taken before. Thus, creativity,conflict and uncertainty also are reason of innovation or change in an organisation. Theincorporation of these identified factors is responsibility of the leaders of the company. Anotherargument of this aspect is the professional leadership that focuses on only intentional influence topeople (Martin, Liao & Campbell 2013, pp. 1395).The key leadership practises innovation or changeThe leaders are the key persons of an organisation that not only acts as an intermediarybut also as a stimulator of the sustenance of the organisation.
